- Emphasize a personalized care experience by serving members in the communities in which they live and work through community investments to strengthen care locally.
- Support providers in better patient care by standardizing administrative processes across all MCOs and conducting provider advisory panels to gain feedback on processes.
- Improve care for children and adults with complex needs in partnership with OhioRISE.
- Increase transparency and accountability.
Looking ahead, AmeriHealth Caritas Ohio remains dedicated to its mission of providing innovative health solutions and fostering partnerships that make a positive impact on members’ lives through creative strategies such as the AmeriHealth Caritas Mobile Wellness and Opportunity Center, peer-to-peer support, and digital outreach and education platforms.
