If you are an out-of-network provider and would like to provide care to one of our members, we encourage you to contact our Contracting department at providerrecruitmentoh@amerihealthcaritas.com to become part of our provider network. However, if you wish to provide immediate care to one of our members, please reach out to our Utilization Management department at 1-833-735-7700 to start a prior authorization request.
