The member orientation and handbook guide you through how your new health plan works. - Learn about your AmeriHealth Caritas Ohio ID card
Every AmeriHealth Caritas Ohio member gets their own ID card. Always carry it with you. - Choose your primary care provider (PCP)
Your PCP will be your family healthcare provider or the provider you see regularly. - Find a provider
Search for a healthcare provider who accepts your new healthcare coverage. - Complete your Health Risk Assessment
Earn $50 on your CARE Card for completing your Health Risk Assessment within 90 days of enrollment, and once a year after. - Explore your healthcare benefits
