AmeriHealth Caritas Ohio is excited to announce a new program for members across Ohio. Play ad-free mobile games, answer health trivia, and earn CARE Card rewards at no cost to you!*

Activation code: ACOH

  1. Visit the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Select one of the games from Motivv Health Studios, LLC, and download it.
  3. Create your account. You will need your AmeriHealth Caritas Ohio Member ID. The activation code is ACOH.
  4. Start playing and earning CARE Card funds.
